John Berka is a 20-year evangelist in higher education with an eye on the evolving issues that affect the competitive landscape to help his clients stay ahead of ahead. He has led branding, marketing, communication, and recruitment initiatives enterprise-wide, within schools and across programs for private and public institutions. He is a member of both the AMA and CASE higher education associations. Sara Ahuja; VP, Group Account Director
Sara brings experience across the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors with expertise in technology, health care, finance, retail and academics. Prior to her time at Gatesman, she spent time at GS&F, Brunner, Avenue Marketing and most recently, Fusion92. Several of the key accounts Sara managed includes AT&T, Tessco Technologies, Cars.com, Carrier Corp., MTD/Cub Cadet, and Bryant. In 2012, Ahuja also served as management supervisor at Gatesman’s Pittsburgh office where she worked on longstanding clients UPMC, Northwell Health and SHOP ‘n SAVE. Sara’s specialties include account planning, team management, digital (UI/UX & development), media (social, search, programmatic) and reporting and optimization.
Katie Feste; Account Supervisor
Katie manages a wide range of work across the agency’s health care and education clients. She handles day-to-day client functions to keep the wheels turning and is experienced in providing competitive and category analysis, as well as development of digital strategies. Katie is a consummate account service collaborator and manager. Her focus is on objectivity and clarity in identifying all the deliverables and achieving them on message, on budget, and on time. Clients include Rutgers, University of Michigan, Great Plains Regional Medical Center, and Citizens Memorial Healthcare.
